Registration and payment
Registration is available to participants worldwide. Selecting an open program, workshop, or event adds it to your Shopping Cart. After reviewing the cart, paid offerings continue to secure Wix Checkout, where you enter or confirm your full name, email address, optional telephone number, billing address, and payment details. Your place in a paid offering is confirmed only after successful online payment. AI Expert and AI Leader are CAD 3000 each, and each Gemini Power User workshop is CAD 400. Tax included. Wix automatically creates one formal paid invoice from the successfully paid order. Free offerings and interest-only registrations do not request payment and are confirmed separately through the cart.
Delivery and access
Programs are delivered in English through 16 live online sessions with LMS access, as shown on the selected cohort page. Gemini Power User is delivered as one live online four-hour workshop. Forty-eight hours before the selected offering starts, registered participants receive email instructions for accessing the Learning Management System and joining the live online classroom through Google Meet.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation and refund requests must be received at least 72 hours before the course starts. Send the request from the email address used for registration to admin@aidadigital.academy and identify the cohort. Requests received after that deadline are not eligible for a refund.
Attendance and completion
AI Expert and AI Leader participants who attend at least 14 of 16 sessions receive a Certificate of Attendance. Participants who complete all assignments and the selected program's practical project receive a Certificate of Completion. Gemini Power User workshop participants who attend the workshop receive a Certificate of Attendance.
