Information we collect
When you register for a program, we collect the information needed to identify you, communicate with you, administer the program, process payment, and issue financial records. This may include your full name, email address, telephone number, mailing and billing address, cohort selection, payment and invoice information, attendance, assignment completion, and certificate eligibility.
How we use information
We use registration information to manage enrollment, provide Learning Management System and live-classroom access, send program communications, process payments and refunds, provide support, maintain attendance and completion records, issue certificates, meet accounting and legal obligations, protect the registration process, and improve our programs.
Service providers
We use Wix and its connected payment, booking, invoicing, website, and communication services to operate the registration process. We disclose information only as needed for those services, to comply with law, or with your consent. The browser Shopping Cart stores only offering identifiers and timestamps—not names, email addresses, telephone numbers, billing addresses, or payment details. For paid offerings, contact, billing, and payment details are entered into Wix's secure Checkout. For free offerings and interest-only registrations, the cart collects the participant details and consent needed to create the registration record without payment.
Retention and safeguards
We retain information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for program administration, support, financial and tax records, certificate verification, dispute resolution, security, and other legal obligations. We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information and limit access to people and providers who need it for these purposes.
Your choices and questions
You may ask to access or correct your personal information, withdraw consent where applicable, or ask a privacy question by emailing admin@aidadigital.academy. Some information may need to be retained where required for financial, legal, security, or legitimate administrative purposes.
